I started training BJJ because I was getting tired of lifting weights and doing boring cardio to stay in shape. I decided to try Jiu Jitsu because I wanted to try a new physical activity and learn self defense. I’ve been training for almost 5 years now and I have competed in tournaments, dropped body fat, and now in the best shape of my life.
